水电机组轴系统模态参数的时域识别研究

摘要:
【目的】研究利用基于环境激励的模态参数时域识别技术,探讨如何获得运行中的水电机组轴系统的自振特性参数,为水电机组轴系统自振特性研究提供新的思路。【方法】将模态参数时域识别方法引入到水电机组轴系统的振动特性研究中,采用多信号分类法确定信号中含有的系统振动阶次,利用遗传算法构造目标函数,通过寻求最优解来获得机组轴系统的自振频率和阻尼比,并对某水电站机组轴系统的自振频率和阻尼比进行了识别。【结果】基于遗传算法的模态参数时域识别方法能有效克服噪声干扰,其对水电机组轴系统自振频率和阻尼比的识别结果能够满足工程精度的要求。【结论】基于遗传算法的模态参数时域识别方法为水电机组轴系统振动特性的研究提供了新的思路。

Study on modal parameters time domain identification of generator set shaft system

Abstract:
【Objective】Modal parameters time domain identification technology is based on the environment excitation.The paper studied how to obtain the natural vibration parameters of the shaft system using the identification technology offering an idea for the study of natural vibration characteristics of the the shaft system.【Method】This paper introduced modal parameters time domain identification to the study of the shaft system vibration.The multiple signal classification method was used to determine the system vibration order in the signal.The genetic algorithm was used to construct the objective function.The natural frequency and damp were obtained by finding the optimal solution of the objective function.The natural frequency and damp of the generator set shaft system were identified.【Result】The modal parameter domain identification method could overcome noise effectively based on genetic algorithm,and the results could satisfy the engineering precision.【Conclusion】The paper offers a new idea for the study on vibration characteristics of hydraulic generator set shaft system.
