主基因-多基因性状与微效多基因性状的综合选择指数研究

摘要:
【目的】建立主基因-多基因性状和微效多基因性状混合遗传体系数量性状的综合选择指数数学模型,为育种工作者提供一种有效的选择方法,并为主基因-多基因的DNA标记提供有用的信息。【方法】以单性状分析作为基础,建立了主基因-微效多基因性状、微效多基因性状综合选择指数计算模型,利用混合正态分布的EM算法,对选择性状中的主基因-多基因性状进行分离分析,确定主基因遗传力和遗传方差在遗传中所占的比例,并利用建立的模型在水稻中进行了实例分析。【结果】主基因遗传力占遗传力的74.93%;综合选择指数的遗传方差和表型方差存在微小差别。【结论】利用混合性状的综合选择指数模型,可确定性状中主基因遗传方差和遗传力所占比例的大小,为DNA标记辅助育种提供有用信息。

Abstract:
【Objective】This paper built the synthesis selection index of two quantitative characteristic genetic systems,major-polygene and polygene,providing an effective selection method for breeding operators and information for DNA tagged molecule of major gene and polygene.【Method】The model of synthesis selection index about the characters major-polygene and polygene was built by the EM method of mixed normal distribution approximation to do compartment analysis for the multiple-traits’main gene and polygene,so heritability and genetic variance of major gene percentage could be detected in heritability and genetic variance.Finally,an example was given to show the effect of the model with rice.【Result】Heritability of major gene was 74.93%,and the hereditary variance of synthesis selection index was almost the same.【Conclusion】Using the model of synthesis selection index of characters,one can detect the percentage of these characters’ heritability,genetic variance of major gene percentage,and provide information for the breeding using DNA marks.
