| [目的]从山东临沂市规模化养猪场仔猪黄痢病例中,分离病原菌并分析其血清型,以探讨分离菌的耐药情况,为临床选用疫苗与防治用药提供参考.[方法]对临沂市不同区域23个规模化养猪场的112份疑似仔猪黄痢病例进行了细菌分离,对分离到的致病性大肠杆菌进行生化试验、毒力试验、致病性试验和血清学鉴定;用15种抗生素对分离菌株进行了60次药敏试验.[结果]从112份病料中分离出了101株致病性大肠杆菌,分离率为90.2%,不同区域猪场流行的血清型有较大差异,在101个分离株中,7株未能定型,4株自凝,其余90株能定O型血清型,这些定型菌株分布在11个血清型中.每种抗菌药物均出现过耐药现象,但各药物的耐药率不同,15种抗菌药物的耐药率最高为100%,最低为10.0%;试验菌株均表现出不同程度的多重耐药性,多为耐4~6种药物的菌株.[结论]目前临沂市规模化养猪场仔猪黄痢病原菌的O型血清型分布在11个血清型中,其中优势血清型为O8、O54、O115和O149,这4种血清型共占定型菌株的56.7%,对仔猪黄痢病原菌敏感率较高的药物是环丙沙星、卡那霉素和呋喃妥因,高敏率分别为81.7%,73.3%和70.0%. |

| Serotype identification and drug sensitive test of the pathogenic bacteria isolated from piglit's yellow Dysentery in large-scale pig farms |

| 【Objective】 In this experiment,in order to select vaccine for clinic and provide reference for preventing and curing,the pathogenic bacteria was isolated from piglet sickened yellow dysentery in large-scale pig farms in Linyi of Shandong province,the serotype was identified and the resistance of pathogenic bacteria was discussed.【Method】 Escherichia.coli was separated from 112 samples of suspicious yellow scour of piglets in 23 scale farms in different areas of Linyi,biochemical test and virulence test were carried out,so were pathogenic test and serotype identification;Drug sensitive test to separate bacteria by 15 kinds of antibiotics was carried out 60 times altogether.【Result】 101 strains of E.coli were separated from 112 samples,accounting for 90.2%;There were differences among different farms.In all the separated strains,7 strains were not identified and 4 strains agglutinated,therefore only 90 strains were identified with the serum of O,which distributed in 11 serotypes.Drug resistance appeared to each antibacterial drug,but the rate of drug resistance was different, the highest was 100% and the lowest 10.0%;All strains showed varying degrees of multi-drug resistance,mostly resistant to 4-6 drug.【Conclusion】 At present,O-serotype of yellow scour of newborn piglets in Linyi scale pig farms distributed in 11 serotypes,O8、O54、O115 and O149were advantaged serotypes,which accounted for 56.7% of all identified bacteria;Pathogenic bacteria of yellow scour of newborn piglets in Linyi were sensitive to ciproxacin and knamycin as well as nitrofuratoin,and the high-sensitivity rates were 81.7%,73.3% and 70.0% respectively. |
