| [目的]了解生物柴油在柴油机上的燃烧特性和排放特性.[方法]在一台单缸直喷式柴油机上进行了燃用生物柴油与柴油的对比试验,对燃用生物柴油时的燃烧压力、滞燃期、放热规律以及排放规律等进行了系统研究.[结果]与燃用柴油相比,生物柴油滞燃期低,燃烧持续期长;当转速为1 500 r/min,平均有效压力为0.531 MPa时,生物柴油最大燃烧压力、最大压力升高率以及最大燃烧放热率分别较柴油降低1.91%,30.1%和29.32%;当转速为1 500 r/min时,燃用生物柴油时的比油耗平均较柴油高11.6%,燃用生物柴油时的HC、CO和烟度排放量分别较柴油平均降低17.17%,26.73%和37.85%,NOx排放量平均较柴油高21.93%.[结论]燃用生物柴油油耗增加,除NOx外其他排放量减少.在不改变发动机结构的前提下,生物柴油可以作为柴油的替代燃料在柴油机上使用. |

| Performance research of biodiesel on a single cylinder direct-injected diesel engine |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】 This research studied the combustion and emission performance of biodiesel on diesel engines.【Method】 Comparison experiments were conducted on a single cylinder direct-injected diesel engine.Combustion pressure,ignition delay period,heat release ratio and emission performance were studied systematically.【Result】 Compared with diesel, ignition delay period of biodiesel was low and continual combustion period was long;when n was 1 500 r/min and Pme was 0.531 MPa,maximal combustion pressure,pressure increase ratio and heat release ratio of biodiesel decreased 1.91%,30.1% and 29.32%;at 1 500 r/min,the specific fuel consumption of burning biodiesel increased 11.6%;at 1 500 r/min,HC,CO and smoke emission of burning biodiesel deceased 17.17%,26.73% and 37.85% and NOx increased 21.93%.【Conclusion】 Burning biodiesel will increase specific fuel consumption and decrease emission pollutions except NOx.Under the condition that the structure of engine is invariable,biodiesel can be used on diesel engines as a kind of substitutable fuel. |
