根结线虫生防菌ZK7和IPC在烟草根部定殖的显微观察

摘要:
[目的]研究根结线虫生防菌ZK7和IPC菌株在烟草根表及皮层的定殖情况.[方法]利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了生防菌ZK7和IPC菌株在烟草根表和根内的定殖部位、定殖方式、生长和繁殖等.[结果]生防菌ZK7和IPC菌株能以菌丝方式稳定定殖于烟草根表的根冠区、伸长区、根毛区、成熟区等不同部位,而在根内的定殖仅局限于根表皮层较深的细胞组织,不能侵入烟草根部的韧皮部和木质部组织.[结论]生防菌ZK7和IPC菌株与烟草并非病原物与寄主的关系,而更类似于菌根菌或内生菌与植物间的共生关系.

Observation on Colonization of Pochonia chlamydospora ZK7 and Paecilomyces lilacinus IPC in tobacco rhizosphere by light and scanning electron microscopy
Abstract:
【Objective】 The paper studied the colonization of Pochonia chlamydospora ZK7 and Paecilomyces lilacinus IPC in tobacco rhizosphere.【Method】 The details of their colonization process were revealed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.【Result】 The results showed that Hyphae,conidiophore,conidium and chlamydospore of biocontrol strains ZK7 and IPC were found in the rhizoplane,Hyphae of ZK7 and IPC penetrated epidermal cells to deep cortical cells but not in phloem tissue and xylem vessels,biocontrol strains ZK7 and IPC also crossed and even grew within epidermal and cortical cell walls without any visible alterations of the plant cell.【Conclusion】 Biocontrol strains ZK7 and IPC may not be recognized as a pathogen of tobacco roots,but they are similar to symbiosis relation between plant and mycorrhiza or endophyte.
