秦皇岛株柔嫩艾美耳球虫对7种常用抗球虫药的耐药性

摘要:
[目的]研究秦皇岛株柔嫩艾美耳球虫对克球粉、氨丙啉、马杜霉素、瑞冠球、金三特、球敌和尼卡巴嗪7种抗球虫药的耐药性.[方法]试验设7个感染药物组、1个感染球虫卵囊不给药组(阳性组)和1个未感染球虫卵囊不给药组(阴性组),采用最适抗球虫活性百分率(POAA)、病变记分减少率(RLS)、相对卵囊产量(ROP)和抗球虫指数(ACI)综合评定秦皇岛株柔嫩艾美耳球虫对以上7种抗球虫药物的抗药性.[结果]秦皇岛株柔嫩艾美耳球虫对7种抗球虫药物均产生不同程度的抗药性,其中对马杜霉素、尼卡巴嗪和氨丙啉呈现轻度抗药,对克球粉、瑞冠球和金三特呈现中度抗药,对球敌呈现完全抗药性.[结论]目前在秦皇岛地区可合理使用马杜霉素、尼卡巴嗪和氨丙啉,对克球粉、瑞冠球币和金三特应慎用,对球敌应减少或暂停使用.

Studies on drug resistance of Eimeria tenella Qinhuangdao strain to seven anticoccidial drugs
Abstract:
【Objective】 The drug resistances of Eimeria tenella Qinhuangdao strain to seven anticoccidial drugs such as Keqiufen,Amprolium,Maduramicin,Ruiguanqiu,Jinsante,Qiudi and Nicarbazin were tested.【Method】 The experiment contained 7 medicated groups,one infected and non-medicated group(positive group)and one non-infected and non-medicated group(negative group).Based on the criteria of the percentage of optimum anticoccidial activity (POAA),reduction of lesion scores (RLS),relative oocyst production (ROP) and anticoccidial index (ACI),the drug resistances of Eimeria tenella Qinhuangdao strain were detected.【Result】 The results revealed that,the strains were light resistant to Maduramicin,Nicarbazin and Amprolium,middle resistant to keqiufen,Ruiguanqiu and Jinsante,but strong resistant to Qiudi.【Conclusion】 It is concluded that Maduramicin,Nicarbazin and Amprolium can be used in Qinhuangdao effectively,keqiufen,Ruiguanqiu and Jinsante should be used prudently,Qiudi should be reduced or paused to use at present
