| 为了完善污泥两相厌氧消化工艺、优化运行设计参数,对西安市污水处理厂污泥进行了中温两相厌氧消化与中温单相厌氧消化对比试验。结果表明,两相厌氧消化产酸相水力停留时间(HRT)为1.25 d,产甲烷相HRT为11.10 d,当污泥投配率8%,有机负荷>2.0 kg/(m3·d)时,化学需氧量(COD)与挥发性固体(VS)的去除率分别为42.7%和33.6%。在相同有机负荷下,两相厌氧消化工艺的VS和COD去除率、产气量、产气速率以及分解单位VS的产气量均高于单相厌氧消化工艺,而出泥VFA含量小于单相厌氧消化工艺。 |

| Comparison of digestion technology between the signal and two-phase anaerobic of municipal sludge |

| Abstract: |
| According to the characteristics of the sludge of Xi'an city's wastewater treatment plant,the paper adopts two-phase anaerobic digestion to treat sludge,and compares its results with the signal-phase anaerobic digestion so as to perfect two-phase anaerobic digestion process and optimize design parameter.Some conclusions were obtained from the two-phase anaerobic digestion.The removal efficiency of COD & VS is 42.7 percent & 33.6 percent,respectively,when the acid-phase is 1.25 d,the methane-phase is 11.10 d,the sludge of entered is 8 percent,and the organic load is larger than 2.0 kg/(m3·d).The gas yield and the gas production rate and the volume per culture volume per day of the two-phase anaerobic digestion is better than that of the signal-phase anaerobic digestion. |
