| 为了了解和探讨我国内蒙古马铃薯晚疫病菌的表现型多样性,对1997～1999年和2002～2003年采自内蒙古马铃薯主栽区的38个马铃薯晚疫病菌株进行交配型和生理小种研究。结果表明,所有马铃薯晚疫病菌株的交配型均为A1,A1交配型在被测菌株中占绝对优势;在38个内蒙古供试菌株中,共发现18个马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种,其中以小种3a.3b.4.7.10,1.2.3a.3b.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11和3a.3b.4.6.7.10发生频率较高,分别占被测菌株的21.05%,13.16%和10.53%,并且发现能克服全部12个抗病基因的马铃薯晚疫病菌株5株,占被测菌株的13.16%,但菌株中克服抗病基因R2的菌株比例很小,仅为15.8%。内蒙古马铃薯晚疫病菌株的生理小种与全世界的生理小种变化趋势一致,已越来越复杂化并出现了优势生理小种。 |

| Investigation of mating type and physiological race of Phytophthora infestans from Inner Mongolia |

| The isolates of Phytophthora infestans were collected from Inner Mongolia from 1997 to 1999 and from 2002 to 2003.Mating type and physiological race were investigated.All thirty eight P.infestans isolates collected from Inner Mongolia presented mating type A1.In the 38 isolates tested from Inner Mongolia there were 18 different races.Race 3a.3b.4.7.10 showed the highest frequency of 21.05%,followed by 1.2.3a.3b.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11 3a.3b.4.6.7.10 with frequencies of 13.16% and 10.53%,respectively.Remarkably,five P.infestans isolates were virulent to all 12 R genes in potato differentials,however,R2 only took up 15.8% of all P.infestans isolates.In accordance with changing tendency of P.infestans in the world,the physiological race of P.infestans in Inner Mongolia became more,and more complex and predominant races were presented. |
