大蒜紫斑病菌产毒培养条件的筛选

摘要:
为了研究大蒜紫斑病菌培养的最佳产毒条件,从具有典型病斑的发病大蒜叶片上分离得到大蒜紫斑病菌,对该病菌的产毒培养条件进行了研究。结果表明,最佳病毒条件为:培养基为改良Fries培养基,培养温度为26 ℃,培养基pH值为7,培养时间为6 h,培养方式为连续24 h黑暗+振荡培养。同时试验选择山东章丘大葱种子,以种子发芽抑制法对粗毒素进行生物检测,表明培养得到的粗毒素具有一定的毒性。

Screen of the culture condition for production of phytotoxin by garlic violet leaf spot
Abstract:
In order to research the optimum conditions of toxin production by garlic violet leaf spot,the germ was isolated from pathogenic and typical spots of garlic leaves.The condition of phytotoxin producity capability was studied.Results showed that the optimal condition for producing phytotoxin was improved as:Fried liquid medium,26 ℃,pH 7,cultured period 7d,continual 24 h dark and shaking.Shallot seed germination was selected to test the toxicity of crude toxin,which showed that the cultured crude toxin had definite toxicity.
