烤烟生长发育过程中叶片主要植物学特征的变化

摘要:
为了掌握烤烟叶片生长过程中的营养与发育状况,为改进烤烟栽培技术提供理论依据。在田间栽培条件下,于不同叶龄期对烤烟下、中、上3个部位叶片的鲜重、含水率及鲜干重比值进行了测定,从定量角度分析了烟株生长发育过程中不同部位和不同叶龄期叶片主要植物学特征的变化规律。结果表明,随着烟叶部位的上升,叶片含水率及鲜干重比值表现为逐渐降低的趋势;随着叶龄的增加,各部位叶片鲜重总体上呈先增加再降低的变化趋势,叶片含水率及鲜干重比值无明显的变化规律。3个部位之间叶片含水率及鲜干重比值差异均显著,不同叶龄之间叶片鲜重差异极显著;叶龄与叶片鲜重之间、叶片含水率与鲜干重比值之间均呈极显著正相关关系。

Changes of major botanic characters in flue-cured tobacco green leaves during the field growth and development
Abstract:
The major botanic characters were determined in flue-cured tobacco green leaves of different positions and ages.The aim was to master the leaf nutrition and development during the field growth,and to advance the theoretical support for increasing the cultivation techniques.The changes of three botanic characters in flue-cured tobacco green leaves during field growth were analyzed.Furthermore,the variance and relation analysis on leaf fresh weight,water content and fresh/dry weight value in green leaves were carried out.Leaf samples were taken from different leaf positions and ages in Heilongjiang Province.The results indicated that leaf water content and fresh/dry weight value were decreased with the increasing of leaf positions and had no regularity with the increasing of leaf ages.The difference between leaf water content and fresh/dry weight value in different leaf positions was significant.The leaf fresh weight was extremely significant in different leaf ages,and the leaf age had extremely significant correlation with leaf fresh weight.The extremely significant positive correlations were observed between leaf water content and fresh/dry weight value.
