| 在对榆林市水资源的基本特征和开发利用现状进行系统分析的基础上,探讨了榆林市在水资源开发利用中存在的问题。提出了榆林市实现水资源可持续开发利用的途径为:发展井灌、实施集雨工程技术、改变工业生产方式、严格控制水污染以及建立监测和预警体系等。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the systemeatic analysis of the characters of water resource in Yulin,and its problem of the water resources' exploitation and utilization in Yulin are discussed.In order to realize the sustainable use of the water resources in Yulin city,the paper puts forward some measures,including developing well irrigation project,applying rainfall collection technology,changing the techniques of industrial production,controlling water pollution strictly,and establishing supervisory and prescient system. |
