| 对牛早期胚胎性别鉴定PCR反应体系及反应程序进行了优化。结果显示,选用双套引物和连续复合PCR方法,先用雄性特异性引物进行10个循环,然后再加入牛特异性引物进行22个循环,共32个循环,可实现两种基因片段的同时扩增,保证了PCR的准确性。胚胎移植结果显示该方法准确可靠。 |

| The PCR optimization the sex identification of bovine embryos |

| Abstract: |
| The objective of this study was to establish the optimum PCR condition for the sexing of bovine early embryos,the optimum PCR procotol,in consecutive and multiplex PCR,the first 10 PCR cycles were done with male-specific primer followed by an additional 22-cycles with bovine-specific primer. The sexes of 21 bovine early embryos were identified and the identified efficiency of bovine early embryos was 100% according to the result of embryo transfer. |
