低压滴灌系统大流量压力调节器的研制

摘要:
针对低压滴灌系统对压力的稳定要求严格,而现有的压力调节产品不能满足其要求的现状,提出了一种双流道结构形式的低压系统压力调节器,并通过单因素试验对影响该调节器调压性能的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明,在入口端设定压力为0.05~0.35 MPa,设计出口端压力为0.1 MPa时,弹簧直径和装置的结构形式是影响压力调节的主要因素;当弹簧直径为1.5 mm,长度为80 mm,栅栏孔隙宽度为10 mm时,此时入口端实测压力为0.049~0.320 MPa,出口端压力为0.045~0.144 MPa,流量为3.4~6.6 m3/h。

Development of the pressure regulator for large flow in lower-pressure drip irrigation system
Abstract:
The lower-pressure drip irrigation system is sensitive to pressure,yet the existing pressure regulators don't fit in with the system.In this paper,the author discusses the structure of pressure regulator with double flow channel and the data show that the device structure and the spring diameter are more important to keep the pressure stable than the other factors when the setting inlet pressure is the 0.05-(0.35) MPa,and outlet pressure is 0.1 MPa.With the spring diameter 1.5 mm and the spring length 80 mm and the interspaces are 10 mm.The pressure regulating performance of the double flow channel device is better,the test inlet-pressure is 0.049-0.32 MPa,outlet-pressure 0.045-0.144 MPa,and the flows 3.4-6.6 m3/h.
