| 对分别采自陕西杨凌、汉中、渭南、太白4地区的315份土样进行了昆虫病原线虫筛选及其共生菌分离,得到2种昆虫病原线虫及1株Ⅰ型昆虫病原线虫共生菌。Ⅰ型昆虫病原线虫共生菌经初步鉴定为致病杆菌属(Xenorhabdus)的嗜线虫致病杆菌种(Xenorhabdus nematophilus)内的一个变种;对其抑菌活性研究结果表明,Ⅰ型昆虫病原线虫共生菌发酵液对植物病原真菌菌丝生长具有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对小麦纹枯病菌与辣椒疫霉病菌有强烈的抑制作用,对番茄灰霉病菌孢子萌发有延缓作用。 |

| Preliminary study on the inhibition activity of fermented liquid and screening of entomopathogenic nematodes symbiotic bacterium |

| In order to select new entomopathogenic nematodes symbiontic bacteria and obtain new material to control insect and inhibite the growth rate of plant pathogenic fungi,315 soil samples were collected from Yangling,Taibai,Hanzhong and Weinan in Shaanxi province.As a result,two kinds of entomopathogenic nematodes and one-species of phaseⅠ-type symbiotic bacteria was collected from the soil samples.By preliminary identification,the symbiotic bacteria belonged to Xenorhabdus spp.The inhibitory activity results demonstrated that the growth rate of hypha of the 11 species of plant pathogenic fungi were inhibited at different levels by fermented liquid of the symbiontic bacteria,above all,Phytophthora capsici and Ceratobasidium cornigerum Rogers were nearly completely inhibited.At the same time,fermented liquid could put off the germination of sporran gia of Botrytis cinerea. |
