| 对陕西眉县、洛川、礼泉、澄城等地苹果中的棒曲霉素青霉进行了分离和统计,并对不同地区厂家所产苹果浓缩汁中棒曲霉素的含量进行了调查分析.结果表明,陕西各苹果产区均有棒曲霉素产生菌的污染,其中扩展青霉最多,皮落青霉次之,圆弧青霉极少,此外还有少量其他青霉菌种.气候湿润、苹果种植区集中地域所产苹果受青霉和棒曲霉素产生菌的污染较为严重,各地苹果受污染程度依次为眉县＞洛川＞礼泉＞澄城;不同地区所产苹果浓缩汁中棒曲霉素含量不同. |

| Studies on the variation of patulin contamination in apple and apple concentrate juice among different planting areas |

| Patulin forming penicillium was isolated and counted from rotten apples produced in Meixian,Liquan,Luochuan and Chengcheng counties in Shaanxi province.Patulin contamination of commercial clear apple juice concentrate made in four different areas in Shaanxi was also tested in the whole producing season,from Augest 2004 to January 2005.Patulin-forming penicillium was found in all apple planting areas,which is mainly Penicillium expansum,a few of Penicillium crustosum and Penicillium cyclopium,and few other unidentified Penicillium spp.Rotten apples produced in humid or densely planted apple areas are more seriously contaminated,corresponding to contamination degree of Meixian＞Luochuan＞Liquan＞Chengcheng.Patulin content in apple juice concentrate varies in different planting areas. |
