| 研究了人胎儿肺间质干细胞染色体的制备方法,并对其染色体进行分析.结果表明,第5代细胞培养44 h,第15代细胞培养42 h,经终浓度0.025μg/mL秋水仙素作用2 h,0.075 mol/L KCl低渗25 min,正常核型比率最高,分别达到85.1%（171/201）和80.0%（172/215）. |

| This paper researched the preparation method of human fetal lung marrow stem cells and then analyzed the chromosomes of this kind of cell.The results are following:the rate of normal karyotype of p5 and p15 amounts to 85.1%(171/201) and 80.0%(172/215) respectively. |
