离心泵全特性曲线预测模型研究

摘要:
以比转数(ns)、相对流动角(arctan(a/v))和水泵零流量全特性参数为自变量,对离心泵全特性曲线进行了描述,并提出了离心泵全特性曲线预测线性回归模型。对比检验结果表明,该离心泵全特性预测模型是可靠的。

Study on prediction model of complete characteristic curves of centrifugal pumps
Abstract:
By using specific speed (ns),relative flowing angle (arctan(α/υ)) and complete characteristic parameters of zero flow rate as independent variables,complete characteristic curves of centrifugal pumps are described and a linear regression prediction model of the complete characteristic curves of centrifugal pumps is put forward.Comparison between prediction values and test results of a centrifugal pump indicates that the prediction model is reliable.
