TDZ对仙客来不同外植体再生的影响

摘要:
在无菌条件下培养仙客来种子,并以无菌萌发植株的子叶节、子叶、叶片及叶柄为外植体进行芽分化诱导。试验结果表明,不同浓度TDZ对各外植体的诱导效果不同,用子叶节、子叶、叶片及叶柄均町诱导出再生芽,但以叶片为材料的诱导效果最伟,其中1.0 mg/L TDZ对叶片再生芽的诱导效果最好,而子叶以0.5 mg/L TDZ、子叶节和叶柄以0.2 mg/L TDZ诱导再生芽的效果较好。

Effect of TDZ on bud regeneration from different explants in Cyclamen persicum
Abstract:
Bud regeneration of Cyclamen persicum was studied by using aseptic seedling's hypocotyls,cotyledon,leaf and petiole from the seeds.The results showed that thidiazuron(TDZ) concentration and explant type significantly affected bud regeneration.Bud formation was observed in media containing TDZ regardless of explant type and the highest percentage of bud formation and bud number was obtained when cultured on media containing 1.0 mg/L TDZ from leaf explant.The high percentage of bud regeneration was obtained from cotyledon explants cultured on media supplemented with 0.5 mg/L,and both hypocotyls and petiole with 0.2 mg/L TDZ.
