| 采用正交试验方法,对动物蹄甲超声水解制取复合氨基酸工艺条件进行了优选。结果表明,与采用动物蹄甲常规酸水解法相比,采用动物蹄甲超声水解法制取复合氨基酸,能缩短水解时间3~7h.降低能耗近40%,减少硫酸用量1/3。生产成本降低,而且产品质量稳定可靠。 |

| Optimization of a new process for preparing composite amino acid from animol toenail |

| Abstract: |
| Animol toenail was used as raw material to prepare composite amino acid.To optimize the process,orthogonal tests were designed and optimum conditions were found for hydrolysis of the material.The results indieateted that ultrasonic-hydrolyzing process can shorten the hydrolyzing time by 3-7 h,reduce energy consumption about 40% and decrease the amount of sulfuric acid by 1/3 compared with routine acid hydrolysis.The cost of production is reduced largely and the quality is stable and reliable. |
