| 在分析城市水资源系统特点的基础上，讨论了城市水资源承载能力的概念，建立了城市水资源承载能力多目标分析模型和层次分析评价模型。实例分析表明，该模型和方法能够有效地用于城市水资源承载能力的研究。此外，还对城市水资源承载能力经济模型、社会目标度量、城市居民日生活用水量的预测和城市生态用水量计算进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the feature of city water resources system,this thesis discussed the concept of city water resources' carrying capacity and established the multi-objective analytic model and the hierarchy analytic model to analyse the city water resources' carrying capacity which proved effective.Some new viewpoints were discussed in this thesis,such as the economic model of the city water resources carrying capacity,the measure of social object,the prediction and calculation of city water consumption. |
