HNO2处理辣椒种子对苗期细胞膜与保护酶活性的影响

摘要:
用0.05 mol/L HNO2分别处理0255,0257和0238 3个辣椒品种各60,70,80,90,100 min后,测定其发芽势、发芽率及膜透性和保护酶活性的变化。结果表明,与对照相比,3个品种的发芽势、发芽率均随处理时间的延长呈下降趋势,且发芽势的变化大于发芽率;随处理时间延长,辣椒苗期POD,SOD和CAT活性均有升高后又逐渐降低到与对照相近水平的趋势;用HNO2处理会引起辣椒苗细胞膜损伤,使膜透性明显改变,并有明显的变化临界点;同一辣椒品种对HNO2的敏感性随处理时间而变化,品种0257在处理80 min、0255在处理70 min左右时对HNO2最敏感;不同辣椒品种对HNO2诱变的敏感性不同,0257最敏感,0255次之,0238极不敏感。

Effects of treatments with HNO2 on cell membrane permeability and activity of cell defense enzyme of pepper seedling
Abstract:
Dry seeds of 3 varieties of peppers were treated with HNO2(0.05 mol/L) in different treatment time.The result showed that the germinating potential of treated seeds and the rate of germination maintained a lower level than that not treated.The variety of the germinating potential was higher than that of germination;In accordance with the extension of the treatment time,SOD,POD and CAT activities increased firstly and then decreased.Cell membrane permeability of pepper seedling had obvious transformation point;Different times showed different mutation sensitivity for one variety.80 min was the better treatment time for 0257,and 70 min was the better for 0255. Different varieties showed different mutation sensitivity.0257 was the most sensitive,second was 0255,the last one was 0238.
