秦岭南坡火地塘林区华北落叶松人工林土壤酶活性研究

摘要:
为了揭示华北落叶松人工林潜在的地力衰退趋势,分别采集秦岭南坡火地塘林区华北落叶松人工林林地不同土层和距样树主干不同距离处的土样,并以天然草地不同层次土样为对照,对土样中的脲酶、蛋白酶、磷酸酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化物酶的活性进行了分析研究。结果表明,与天然草地土壤相比,除多酚氧化酶外,华北落叶松人工林土壤脲酶、蛋白酶、磷酸酶、过氧化物酶的活性降低,脲酶、蛋白酶、过氧化物酶、磷酸酶的活性降低幅度分别为15.2%~63.8%,13.9%~15.3%,6.6%~17.1%,1.6%~17.4%,以脲酶活性降低最为明显;在华北落叶松林内,距样树主干水平距离越近,土壤酶活性越强,反之,该酶活性越弱。

Study on the activity of soil enzymes in Larix pincipis-rupprechtii stands at Huoditang on the south slope of the Qingling mountain
Abstract:
Sample soils under Larix pincipis-rupprechtii stands at Huoditang on the south slope of the Qingling Mountain were analyzed,with soils at different layers and levels to the trunk of sample trees in natural grass land as the contrast,in terms of Uricase,Protease,phosphotase,Peroxidase,Multiphend oxidase in order to explore the degradation trend of plantations of Larix pincipis-rupprechtii.The result shows that the activities of Uricase,Protease,phosphotase,Peroxidase,with the exception of Multiphend oxidase,were reduced by the range of 15.2% to 63.8%,13.9% to 15.3%,1.6% to 17.4%and 6.6% to 17.1% respectively,significant reduction for the activity of Uricase in particular.The closer to the stems of sample tree,the more active the enzymes of soil were,and vice versa.
