菜薹胞质雄性不育系TC1-3-1的选育及应用

摘要:
以大白菜CMS3411-7为不育胞质供体,以柳州早菜薹为受体,通过杂交、连续回交方法育成菜薹胞质雄性不育系TC1-3-1。TC1-3-1植株生长发育正常,不育性稳定,雌蕊功能正常,蜜腺发育健全,自然授粉结实良好,经济性状优良,配合力高,综合抗病性强。用不育系TC1-3-1配制的菜薹一代杂种‘秦薹1号’,具有早熟,优质,多抗,高产,稳产,适应性强等特性。

Breeding of cytoplasmic male sterile (CNS) line TC1-3-1 in flouering chinese and its application
Abstract:
Utilizing the Chinese cabbage CMS3411-7 as the offering of sterility,the Floworing Chinese as the acceptor,by hybriding and successive back crossing,the stable CMS line of TC1-3-1,was bred.It has normal pistil and honey cups,good seed setting ability by natural pollinating,high combining ability and high resistance to disease.The F1 hybrid "Qintai No.1" combined by TC1-3-1 is an early-maturing variety with good quality,high and steady yield,high resistance to mwlit-disease and strong adaptability.
