| 利用27个微卫星位点对中国斗鸡(河南斗鸡、鲁西斗鸡、吐鲁番斗鸡、西双版纳斗鸡及漳州斗鸡)进行了遗传检测,统计了其群体杂合度、多态信息含量、有效等位基因数及品种间的遗传距离,并进行了系统聚类分析。结果表明,西双版纳斗鸡群体杂合度最高,为0.662,具有丰富的遗传多样性;河南斗鸡群体杂合度较低,为0.532,说明河南斗鸡基因型趋于一致。漳州斗鸡与吐鲁番斗鸡遗传距离最远,为0.516;鲁西斗鸡与西双版纳斗鸡遗传距离最近,为0.206。聚类结果表明,西双版纳斗鸡与吐鲁番斗鸡均为鲁西斗鸡的后裔,三者之间距离较近,而漳州斗鸡则与河南斗鸡、鲁西斗鸡、吐鲁番斗鸡及西双版纳斗鸡的遗传距离较远。 |

| Analysis of genetic differentiation of Chinese game chicken by using microsatellite |

| Abstract: |
| To reveal the genetic differentiation of 5 Chinese game chicken breeds,the genetic polymorphisms of 27 microsatellites of the 5 breeds were studied.Mean heterozygsity,polymorphism information content,mean effective number of allele and genetic distance were calculated for each breed and a dendrogram was obtained based on genetic distance.The results showed that the mean heterozygousity in the Xishuangbanna breed was the highest (0.662),and that in the Henan was the lowest (0.532).The genetic distance between the Zhangzhou and the Turpan was the farthest (0.516),and that between the Luxi and the Xishuangbanna was the nearest (0.206).The dendrogram showed that the Xishuangbanna and the Turpan were the descendent of the Luxi,the reason of which was that the genetic distance among them was closer.The genetic distance between the Zhangzhou and other game chickens were farther. |
