姜曲海猪瘦肉型品系早期血液生化指标的研究

摘要:
以姜曲海猪瘦肉型品系零世代为试验素材,选择仔猪24头,分别于初生和15,30,45,60,75日龄早晨空腹采血,离心取血清以测定血液生化指标的含量。结果表明,初生仔猪血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、总蛋白(TP)和尿素氮(UN)显著高于其他日龄,而淀粉酶(Amy)、白蛋白(A)则随13龄增长显著上升,谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活性峰值出现在30日龄。仔猪出生时三碘甲状原氨酸(T3)含量较高,随后有下降趋势。T3含量与某些血液生化指标显著相关。

Study on the early changes of blood biochemical indexes in Jiangquhai meat-type line
Abstract:
The experiment was conducted to study the early changes of blood biochemical index in Jiangquhai meat-type line.From 24 fasting piglets at 0,15,30,45,60 and 75 days of age respectively blood samples were collected and studied.The results show that at birth,serum AKP,TP and UN were obviously higher than those at other days.Serum Amy and A increased significantly from birth to 75 days of age,while activities of GOT and GPT peaked at 30 days of age.At birth time,the concentrations of T3 were at a higher level while declining in growing.There were significant correlations between the level of T3 and some blood biochemical indexes.
