| 通过对西北地区水资源利用现状和承载能力，以及影响水资源承载能力的主要因素的分析，提出了西北地区农业可持续发展对策，建议通过农田“蒸发水”开发技术、农田节水灌溉技术、现代信息技术以及海水淡化工程技术的运用，构建农田节水技术体系。优化农业经济结构，探索草畜产业的开发和水资源贸易途径，走现代集约持续农业发展道路，发展生态经济农业，提高西北地区水资源利用效率，增进水资源的承载能力。 |

| Study on the countermeasures of water resource sustainable utilization in Northwest China |

| Abstract: |
| The shortage of water resource is the main restricting complication of agricultural development in Northwest China.Since a long time,the carrying capacity of water resource has been dropped because of worsening environment,the agriculture and stockbreeding development had been defied gravely.The author analyzed the sustainable development of agriculture from the actuality and carrying capacity of water resource,advised to build the system of water saving farmland by the technic of "vaporized water" in farmland,and water saving irrigation,modern information techniques,seawater desalting etc,regulate the agricultural economy structure,find solutions for the trade of water resource and exploit ways for stock raising,develop modern sustainable agriculture,improve,develop the ecological economy agriculture,the using efficiency and the carrying capacity of water resource in Northwest China. |
