添加铬、铁及葡萄糖对土壤中异化铁还原的影响

摘要:
采用水稻土为供试土壤,通过添加氧化铁、铬酸盐和葡萄糖的模拟试验,在厌氧培养条件下测定了土壤中可浸提态的亚铁和铬(Ⅵ)浓度的变化,探讨了有机碳源及Cr(Ⅵ)、Fe对厌氧条件下水稻土中微生物铁还原的影响及Fe(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)还原的竞争关系。结果表明,添加碳源和氧化铁后,能有效促进厌氧条件下水稻土中铁的异化还原过程,显著减小土壤中铬(Ⅵ)浓度;添加Cr(Ⅵ),将导致土壤中铁还原滞后;厌氧水稻土中Fe(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的竞争还原机制为。有机电子供体导致氧化铁发生微生物还原,产生的Fe(Ⅱ)引起土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)的化学还原。

Effect of chromate,ferrihydrite and glucose on dissimilatory Fe(Ⅲ)reduction in paddy soil
Abstract:
Choosing paddy slurry as the specimen of experiment,through the experiment of adding iron oxide and glucose,we determined the concentration of extractable Fe (Ⅱ) and Cr (Ⅵ) under the condition of flooded incubation,also discussed the effect of organic carbon source and Cr (Ⅵ) on iron microbial reduction and discussed competitive relationship between Fe (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ).The result showed:After adding carbon source and iron oxide,the iron microbial reduction process in paddy slurry under the condition of flooded incubation had been promoted efficiently,it also can significantly decrease the concentration of Cr (Ⅵ) in soil;Adding Cr (Ⅵ) can lag iron reduction in soil;The competitive reduction mechanism between Fe(Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ) in flooded paddy slurry is:Organic electron donor can make microbial reduction on iron oxide,and the resulted Fe (Ⅱ) reduced Cr (Ⅵ) chemically in soil.
