| 以酿酒葡萄赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)为材料,研究了行间生草覆盖对葡萄园微气候和葡萄酒品质的影响。结果表明,在赤霞珠生产园行间播种多年生黑麦草、紫花苜蓿和白三叶草,可起到平稳地温、调节空气湿度的作用。葡萄园生草可使地面最高温度降低5.7~7.3℃,地面温度日较差降低6.7~7.6℃,树冠内空气温度日较差提高1.1~2.4℃,也可使不同土层温度有所降低,这有利于根系的生长和果实品质的提高。行间生草可使果实还原糖含量增加.含酸量降低,使葡萄酒中pH值、花色素苷、单宁含量升高,酒体颜色加深,结构感增强,其中以播种紫花苜蓿效果较明显。 |

| Effect of green covering on vineyard microclimate and wine quality |

| Abstract: |
| The effects of White clover (Trifolium repens),Perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne) and Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) on vineyard Microclimate and wine quality in Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard were studied.Comparison with clean tillage,the results indicated as below:green covering could moderate and minimize the daily fluctuation of temperature and adjust air relative humidity.The daily maximum temperature of soil surface and the daily range of soil surface temperature were decreased by 5.7-7.3 ℃ and 6.7-7.6 ℃ respectively,and the soil temperature of different depth was also declined to some extent;However,the daily range of air temperature was increased by 1.1-2.4 ℃ after green covering.It was helpful to root growth and berry development.Therefore,reducing sugar of grape berry was increased,total acid of grape berry decreased,while the pH,anthocyan,tannin of wine increased.Compared with those of clean tillage,the color density and tastes of wine were improved significantly by green covering. |
