酿酒葡萄“赤霞珠”叶片和叶柄离体再生系统建立的研究

摘要:
以赤霞珠叶片、叶柄为材料,研究了细胞分裂素(TDZ)、不同基本培养基、叶柄砧有无对其不定芽再生的影响。结果表明:TDZ对赤霞珠离体叶片、叶柄不定芽再生有诱导作用,对叶片、叶柄的最高诱导率分别为18.06%和28.57%;叶片再生的最佳培养基为MS+TDZ 4.0 mg/L,叶柄再生的最佳培养基为MS+TDZ 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L,叶片不定芽生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+20 g/L蔗糖。

Adventitious bud regeneration from leaf and petiole of "Cabernet Sauvignon"
Abstract:
In this paper,using the leaves and petioles of "Carbernet Sauvignon" as the materials,we studied the action of TDZ on the adventitous bud regeneration.The result indicated that TDZ had effect on the adventitious buds induction of "Carbernet Sauvignon".Adventitious bud regenerating rate from leaf and petiole is 18.06% and 28.57%,respectively.The optimum medium for adventitious bud regeneration from leaf is MS+TDZ 4.0 mg/L,and the optimum medium for petiole is MS+TDZ 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L.The best rooting culture medium for leaf adventitious buds is:1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+20 g/L sugar.
