油桃子叶再生植株影响因子研究

摘要:
以早熟油桃华光和曙光为材料,研究了培养基(MS,G,WPM)、细胞分裂素(BA,TDZ,ZT,KT)、生长素(NAA)、子叶发育的不同时期(花后30,40,50,60 d和采收期)等因子对早熟油桃子叶再生植株的影响。结果表明,华光花后60 d为最佳取材时期,其子叶在MS+TDZ 2 mg/L+NAA 0.04 mg/L培养基上的再生率为75%;而曙光的最佳取样时间为采收期,其子叶在MS+BA 8 mg/L+NAA 0.04 mg/L培养基上的再生率为66.7%。子叶暗培养28 d后转入光下进行光暗交替培养,华光、曙光子叶再生率均达到最高。

Influential factors for nectarine cotyledon regeneration
Abstract:
Cotyledons in peaches (cv "Huaguang" and "Shuguang") of different development stages (30,40,50,60 days after flowering and mature cotyledons respectively) have been cultured on MS medium with BA,TDZ,ZT,KT and NAA to study plant regeneration.Results showed that the best harvest time for "Huaguang" was 60 days after flowering and plant regeneration percentage from its cotyledons was 75% when they were cultured on MS+TDZ 2 mg/L+NAA 0.04 mg/L,mature cotyledons were the best for "Shuguang" and plant regeneration percentage was 66.7% when the cotyledons were cultured on MS+BA 8 mg/L+NAA 0.04 mg/L.Both of the regeneration percentage of cotyledons of Huaguang peach and Shuguang peach cultured in dark for 28 days are higher than any other.
