| 对陕西油菜生产历史和现状的分析认为,油菜生产中存在的问题主要是籽粒品质较差,生产成本高,竞争力不强;单产水平低,管理水平不高;地区间发展不平衡,年际间差异较大;产业链条松散,产业化程度低;加工工艺落后,副产品综合利用差。同时认为,陕西油菜育种实力雄厚,繁种检验体系完备;推广体系健全,栽培技术成熟。展望未来,陕西应加大科技投入,实施油菜科技创新;强化质量意识,积极推广双低油菜新品种;实行区域化布局,规模化生产;建立良种繁育基地,实施专业化繁殖;延长产业链,实行产业化经营。 |

| Analysis of the present situation of rape production in Shaanxi |

| Abstract: |
| Looking back the history of rape production in Shaanxi Province,the existing problems are as follows:high production cost,weak competition;low unit yield and poor management;unbalance of the production in different areas and years;loose industrialization chains and lower industrialization level;low processing level and poor utilization of by-products.Meanwhile,advantages of rape production in Shaanxi are analyzed such as the good breeding force,the completive system for checking the quality of seeds,the perfect extension system,the matured cultivation skills etc.The prospects of the rape production in the future are also forecasted,and finally,the countermeasures for the rape production in Shaanxi Province are proposed. |
