| 为了更好地评价狗舌草的药理活性和毒性,利用溶剂萃取法从狗舌草中得到总生物碱,通过色谱和波谱技术对总生物碱进行了分离和鉴定。从TLC及GC-MS判断,狗舌草中至少含有4个双稠吡咯啶生物碱(PAs),GC-MS确定化合物Ⅰ~Ⅱ分别为千里光宁、千里光非灵和全缘千里光碱。经柱层析和制备性TLC得化合物,MS,IR及13C-NMR鉴定其为当归酰天芥菜定;化合物Ⅳ水解产物之一经制备性TLC分离得化合物Ⅴ,MS鉴定为天芥菜定。这些化合物的存在说明狗舌草可能具有抗肿瘤活性,并提示其对肝脏的毒性不可忽视。 |

| To further determine the plarmacological activity and toxicity of Tephroseris kirilowii (Turcz.) Holub.,total alkaloids were obtained by solvent extraction.Then,they were isolated and identified by chromatography and spectroscoy.TLC and GC-MS indicated that Tephroseris kirilowii contains at least 4 PAs.GC-MS determined that compound Ⅰ-Ⅲ are senecionine,seneciphylline and integerrimine respectively.Compound Ⅳ was obtained by silica gel column chromatography and preparative TLC and it's structure was determined as O7-angeloyl-heliotridine by MS,IR and 13C-NMR.Compound Ⅴ which is a hydrolysate of Ⅳ was obtained by preparative TLC and then was elucidated as heliotridine by MS.The presence of these compounds indicated that Tepheroseris kirilowii may possess anti-tumor activity and also warned that its hepatotoxicity can't be ignored. |
