| 在秦岭火地塘进行了10个美国花旗松全同胞家系的引种试验。结果表明,不同家系间8年生树高、地径、当年高生长量存在显著差异;家系内个体间树高、地径差异显著;树高广义遗传力为54.6%,遗传变异系数为17.5%;8年生幼林高生长与1、2年生苗高间存在显著相关,表明早期从严选择是可能的。80%的家系长势好于当地油松。生长表现较好的家系有241×65,65×14和OL-2×241。 |

| The introduction trial，including 10 full-sib families of Pseudotsuga menziesii from America，was carried in Huoditang of Qinling Mountain.The results showed that the variance of the growth of height,diameter and shoot in 8 year-old among the families were significant.There was also significant difference among individuals for the growth of height and diameter.Generalized heritability of height was 54.6%,genetic coefficients of variation 17.5%.Moreover,the height of 1-year-old and 2-year-old was closely correlated with 8 year-old height,indicating that early selection with 1-year-old or 2-year-old height is possible.The growth performances of 80% families were better than local species Pinus tabulaeformis.The excellent families include 65×14,241×65 and OL-2×241. |
