摘要:

采用RT-PCR方法成功地从人胎盘组织扩增出hIGF-Ⅱ基因。将其连入表达载体pET30a(+)质粒中，SDS-PAGE结果证明，pET30a(+)-hIGF-Ⅱ在大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中获得高效表达，目的蛋白占总菌体蛋白35％左右。

Cloning and expression of human insulin-like growth factorⅡ gene

Abstract:

Human IGF-Ⅱ gene was successfully amplified from human placenta with RT-PCR method,then cloned it into expression vector：pET30a(+).pET30a(+)hIGF-Ⅱ was highly expressed in BL21(DE3) and the recombinant hIGF-Ⅱ was about 35% of total proteins measured with SDS-PAGE.
