小麦抗条锈新种质的创制Ⅱ.六倍体小黑麦与普通小麦杂交的细胞遗传学研究

摘要:
利用细胞遗传学方法研究了普通小麦和六倍体小黑麦正、反交F1减数分裂中期 染色体配对行为。结果表明,六倍体小黑麦×普通小麦与普通小麦×六倍体小黑麦2种杂交方式杂种,F1减数分裂染色体配对行为与理论值有一定的差异,前者单价体数目多于理论值,后者则少于理论值,但二价体数目两者都少于理论值。同时后者多价体和环状二价体的数目要高于前者。另外,2种杂交方式均出现了一定数量染色体配对异常情况。

Development of new wheat germplasm with strip rust resisitance
Abstract:
Cytogenetic observation was conducted at PMC MⅠ in F1 hybrid of hexaploid Triticale and common wheat.The result showed that the number of univalent at F1 PMC was larger than theoretical value in hexaploid Triticale×common wheat but was smaller than theoretical value in common wheat×hexaploid Triticale.The number of divalent at F1 PMC was smaller than theroretical value in both of them.The number of multivalent and rod divalent at F1 PMC of common wheat×hexapoid Triticale were larger than that of hexapoid Triticale×common wheat.Abnormal chromosome pairing was also observed at PMC MⅠ in F1 hybrid.
