| 南欧蒜的核型观察结果表明，南欧蒜体细胞染色体数目为32条，共有4个染色体组，染色体基数为8，系同源四倍体。染色体相对长度变异为9.22%～15.45%，臂比变异为1.07～4.16，染色体组型为2n=4X=24m+4sm+4st(SAT)。 |

| Study on the karyotype of Alliuminm ampeloprasum L. |

| Abstract: |
| This paper reports research of the karyotype of Allium ampelolprasum L..The result shows that the number of the somatic cells chromosome of Allium ampelolprasum L.is 32,the number of the genome of Allium ampelolprasum L.is 4,and cardinal number of chromosome is 8.The Allium ampelolprasum L.is thought to be autotetraploid.The relative length of the chromosome varies from 9.22% to 15.45%,variation of the ratio of chromosomal long arm to short arm is from 1.07 to 4.16,the karyotype is 2n=4X=24m+4sm+4st(SAT). |
