添加EDTA及黄腐酸对水稻土中有效磷浓度的影响

摘要:
通过吉林、四川、江西和广东4种水稻土的室内厌氧模拟培养试验,测定了添加作为络合剂及电子穿梭物质的EETA、黄腐酸及人工合成氧化铁后土壤中有效磷浓度的变化。结果表明,厌氧培养条件下不同土壤中有效磷的释放不同。与土壤中铁还原趋势相似,随着厌氧培养时间的增加,土壤中有效磷浓度将逐渐增大,表明厌氧还原条件可以增加土壤磷素的有效性。加入氧化铁后,4种土壤中有效磷的浓度均显著降低,说明氧化铁对土壤磷磷素的固定强烈。添加EDTA和黄腐酸溶液可以显著增加吉林、四川和江西土壤中有效磷的含量,而对广东土的作用比较微弱。

Effect of EDTA,fulvic acid and iron oxides on available phosphate concentration in paddy soils
Abstract:
Under the anaerobic condition,the changes of available phosphate in Jilin,Sichuan,Jiangxi and Guangdong paddies were determined,and the effect of EDTA,fulvic acid and oxides on available phosphate concentration in different paddies was also measured.The results showed that the release of available phosphate was fifferent in different slurries.The amount of available phosphate,like Fe(Ⅱ),increased with the increase of anaerobic incubation time.It showed that anaerobic incubation might increase the concentration of available phosphate.Available phosphate concentrations in these four paddy slurries were significantly lower than control when iron oxides were added to them.EDTA and fulvic acid may increase available phosphate concentration in Jilin,Sichuan,Jiangxi paddy slurries,but can affect slightly on Guangdong paddy slurries.
