细胞色素P450酶系与苦皮藤素V对昆虫选择毒性的关系研究

摘要:
研究了细胞色素P450含量及NADPH-细胞色素P450还原酶活性与苦皮藤素V对粘虫(Mythimna separata)和小地老虎(Agrotis ypsilon)选择毒性的关系。结果表明,对照组小地老虎中肠细胞色素P450含量及NADPH-细胞色素P450还原酶活性均显著高于粘虫。苦皮藤素V处理后,小地老虎和粘虫中肠细胞色素P450含量均显著高于对照,粘虫中毒抽搐期及失水期中肠细胞色素P450含量分别比对照升高1.46和2.26倍,NADPH-细胞色素P450还原酶活性分别比对照升高1.26和2.56倍;处理组小地老虎中肠细胞色素P450含量比对照升高0.39倍,NADPH-细胞色素P450还原酶活性略高于对照。由此认为,中肠细胞色素P450含量及NADPH-细胞色素P450还原酶活性与苦皮藤素V对粘虫和小地老虎产生选择毒杀活性有着重要的关系。并且苦皮藤素v对细胞色素P450酶系具有一定的诱导作用,但对不同昆虫以及同一种昆虫中P450酶系的不同组分诱导作用不同。

Studies on the relationship of cytochrome P450 and selective toxicity of Celangulin Ⅴagainst insect
Abstract:
This paper discussed the relationship of cytochrome P450 content and NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase activity with the selective toxicity of celangulin Ⅴ against Mythimna separata and Agrotisypsilon.In normal groups,the cytochrome P450 content and the NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase activity of A.ypsilom and M.separata were significantly higher than that of control;P450 content of M.separata increased 1.46 and 2.26 fold respectively in the period of convulsion and the period of losing body fluid,and NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase activity increased 1.26 and 2.56 fold respectively than that of normal.P450 content of A.ypsilon treated with celangulin Ⅴ increased 0.39 fold and NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase activity increased slightly.These results indicated the content of cytochrome P450 and the activity of NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase have important relationship with the selective toxicity of Celangulin Ⅴ against Mythimna separata and Agrotis ypsilon larvas,meanwhile,celangulin Ⅴ has certain inductive function to insect cytochrome P450,but the inductive function is varied to different insects and different composition of cytochrome P450 of an insect.
