活性氧和一氧化氮在植物抗病反应中的作用

摘要:
活性氧和一氧化氮是生物体内普遍存在的信号分子,参与多种生理功能的调控,对生物体正常生长发育具有重要意义。最近的研究认为,在环境条件胁迫下,植物体也能通过类似哺乳动物体内NADPH氧化酶和一氧化氮合酶途径产生活性和一氧化氮。活性氧和一氧化氮在植物抗病反应中具有直接杀伤病原物、参与细胞壁的氧化交联、激活抗病相关基因的表达和依赖转录的防卫反应、诱导寄主细胞过敏性坏死等重要作用。本文据近年的研究结果对以上几个方面作一综述。

Role of ROS and NO in plant disease resistance responses
Abstract:
Due to the diversity of its physiological function and general ubiquity,nitric oxide (NO) and reactive oxygen specifies (ROS) have attracted a great deal of attention.Recently studies provided evidence for the presence of animal like nitric oxide synthase and NADPH oxidases in plants.NO and ROS play key roles in the disease resistance response in plants.1) Direct antimicrobial activity;2) Oxidative cross-linking in the cell wall;3) Gene activation and transcription dependent defenses;4) Hypersensitive cell death.This review mainly discusses these aspects based on the recent studies.
