| 采用系统溶剂对苦皮藤鲜假种皮进行了提取,并对粗抽提物进行了初步的分离。以孢子萌发试验法,抑制菌丝生长速率法和盆栽试验系统测定粗抽提物对植物病原真菌孢子萌发,菌丝生长的抑制作用,初步研究了粗抽提物对活体条件下对植物真菌病害的抑制作用。结果表明,苦皮藤鲜假种皮的体积分数25%乙醇抽提物对植物病菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长都有较强的抑制作用,在活体条件下,体积分数25%乙醇抽提物对黄瓜霜霉病和小麦白粉病都有明显的防治效果。 |

| Study on the fungicidal activity of Celastrus angulatus |

| The fresh arils of Celastrus angulatus Maxim were crushed and extracted with systemic solvents and the fungicidal activities were tested in vitro and in vivo.The bioassay showed that the 25% ethanol extracts of arils of Celastrus angulatus Maxim had promising fungicidal activity against Pseudoperonospora cubensis and Erysiphe graminis. |
