摘要:

利用 PCR-RFLP技术 ,分析了大约克猪和长白猪GH基因的Apa酶切位点多态性。结果表明 ,在pGH基因序列中共检测到5种基因型和4种等位基因；基因型频率和等位基因频率在2个猪种间分布差异不显著。

Analysis of ApaⅠ polymorphisms in porcine growth hormone gene

Abstract:

ApaⅠpolymorphism of pGH gene's sequence was analyzed by PCR-RFLP in Yorkshire and Landrace.The results showed that there were 5 genotypes and 4 alleles.The difference of Genotype frequencies and allele frequencies was not significant in the two porcine breeds.
