| 报道了将旧腈纶毛线用常压碱法水解,甲醛作交联剂制备高吸水性树脂的工艺过程,确定了水解反应工艺条件:投料比例mPAN:mNaOH:mH2O=1:0.6:8,水解反应温度95~100 ℃,时间7 h。交联反应的工艺条件:n甲醛:n丙烯腈=0.4,交联反应温度95 ℃,反应时间2 h,产品干燥条件为:160 ℃干燥2 h,80 ℃干燥12 h,用红外光谱对产品结构进行了表征,得到吸水性树脂吸蒸馏水达到770 g/g,吸饱和食盐水达到67 g/g。 |

| Study on the preparation of high water-absorbent resin by alkakine hydrolyzation process of waste orlon wool |

| Abstract: |
| The synthesizing process and processing condition of the high water-absorbent resin are reported in this paper,in which waste acrylon wool was hydrolyzed in ordinary pressure and methanal is used as crosslinker.The processing conditions are controlled as below: mPAN:mNaOH:mH2O is 1∶0.6∶8,the hydrolyzed temperature is controlled in 95-100 ℃,the reaction time is 7 h.The crosslink reaction condition is defined as below:HCHO/PAN (molar ratio) is 0.4,the crosslink temperature is 95 ℃,the reaction time is 2 h.The products are dried at 160 ℃ in 2 h,and continuously dried at 80 ℃ in 12 h.The effects of viscosity of products and quality of absorbed water to the amount of water-absorption are discussed;the structures are analyzed by IR.The results show that the high water-absorbent resin can absorb 770 g distilled water per gram,67 g saturant salt solution per gram respectively. |
