樱桃番茄再生系统的研究

摘要:
研究了“美味樱桃番茄”的再生系统,以子叶盘和下胚轴切段为外植体,分析了不同激素及其质量浓度对外值体诱芽和诱根的影响,以及外植体对抗生素卡那霉素的敏感性。结果表明,适宜的诱芽培养基为MS+ZT 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.05 mg/L,生根培养基均为MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L;卡那霉素筛选质量浓度为50 mg/L。

Abstract:
The regeneration system of cherry tomato (cv.Delicious Cherry),cotyledons and hypocotyls used for explants,were examined.The result showed that the plant regulator played an important role in tissue culture.MS medium with ZT 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.05 mg/L had great effects on the formation of shooting.The medium inducting root was MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L,and the concentration of kanamycin for selecting transgenic tissue was 50 mg/L.
