玉米覆膜播种中存在的两个问题及解决方法

摘要:
针对现行玉米覆膜播种机因采用平直型种植垄面播种玉米造成幼苗灼烧,及利用圆柱型垂直窝眼式圆盘排种器使种子破碎率高的问题,运用分析、试验的方法,根提玉米覆膜播种中以W形种植垄面替代平直型种植垄面,及以V形窝眼式圆盘排种器替代圆柱型垂直窝眼式圆盘排种器的改进措施,消除了烧苗现象,使种子破碎率降低到0.52%,穴粒数合格率提高到98.95%,空穴率降为1.04%。

Two problems in maize mulch sowing and their solution
Abstract:
Seeding burning and seeds breaking are two major problems in maize mulch sowing.This paper put forward a W-type ridge mulching method with plastic film and developed a V-type hole seedmeter with vertical plate to solve these two problems.The test results showed that seeding burning could be prevented completely and the seeds broken rate could be reduced to 0.52%.
