雷公藤非生物碱分离及对粘虫作用方式研究

摘要:
提取、分离了雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook)根皮中非生物碱物质,经鉴定其主要成分为总萜内酯,含量为105.3 g/kg。以粘虫为试虫,对非生物碱物质杀虫活性和作用方式进行了系统的生物测定。结果表明,非生物碱对粘虫具有拒食、毒杀、麻醉、触杀和杀卵作用。拒食中质量浓度AFC50为50.26 mg/L;毒杀中质量浓度LC50为34.72 mg/L,麻醉中量ND50为13.45 μg/g,触杀中量LD50为3.54 μg/头,在非生物碱质量浓度为0.5~20 g/L时,34%~65%的粘虫卵不能孵化。

Isolation and bioactivities of the non-alkaloids from Tripterygium wilfordii against Leucaninia separata Walker
Abstract:
The non-alkaloids were extracted from the root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook and identified.The results of bioassay showed that the non-alkaloids have obviously insecticidal activities to Leucania separata Walker.LC50 value of poisoning to the 5 th instarts of Leucania separata,is 34.72 mg/L.The value of medium antifeeding concentration(AFC50) of the non-alkaloids extracts against the 5 th larval of Leucania separata is 50.25 mg/L.Median narcosis dose (ND50) is 13.45 μg/g.Median contact dose (LD50) is 3.54 μg/head.When the concentration of the non-alkaloids is 0.5-20 g/L,the unhatching of eggs ratio is 34%-60%.
