荒漠灌木根际AM真菌动态分布研究

摘要:
系统研究了以色列荒漠地区两种灌木Zygophyllum dumosum Boiss和Hammada scoparia(Pomel)Iljin根际AM真菌动态分布。结果表明,季节变化和采样模式显著影响AM真菌定殖程度。Zygophyllum dumosum的菌根最大定殖率发生在秋末,而Hammada scoparia的菌根最大定殖率出现在冬初。1999年3月、8月和2000年1月、4月菌根定殖率最低。菌丝是最丰富的菌根结果,干旱季节泡囊丰富,潮湿季节丛枝增加。土壤湿度与丛枝定殖率呈正相关,土壤有机质含量与功丝、泡囊和总定殖率呈正相关。在评估荒漠生态系统时,菌根不同结构的定殖程度是一个十分有用的生态指标。

Dynamics on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungiunder the canopy of desert shrubs
Abstract:
Dynamics of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal colonization were investigated in a field study at the Avdat Research Farm,Israel.Soil samples from the upper soil layer (0-10 cm) were collected monthly between February 1999 and May 2000,under the canopy of Zygophyllum dumosum and Hammada scoparia.Structure groups such as vesicles,arbuscules and hyphae were used to assess and compare the responses of AM fungal colonization to the soil conditions.Total percent colonization under Z.dumosum and H.scoparia reached maximum values in late autumn and early winter,respectively,and total percent colonization represented four low peak values in March,August 1999 and January,April 2000.Hyphae were the most abundant colonization group.There were more arbuscules in the wet season and vesicles in the dry season.Significant temporal and spatial sampling effect for percent AM fungal colonization was obtained.The content of soil moisture exhibited a positive effect on the percent arbuscular colonization,and that of soil organic matter presented significant correlation to the percent colonization of total vesicles and hyphae.
