Isolation and cloning of embryonic stem cells (ES cells)

Abstract:

In this paper,we reviewed the establishment of ES cells culture system in following aspects:obtaining of totipotent (or pluripotent) cells,selection of inhibitory substances,media,isolation methods,examination and freeze preservation.
