用升华法从甘肃棘豆中分离到一种白色细针状结晶，经TLC，MP，IR，MS鉴定分析确定为苦马豆素，经计算甘肃棘豆中的提取率为14 μg/g。

Isolation and identification of swainsonine from O.kansuensis Bunge

Abstract:

Swainsonine,a white needle crystal isolated from O.kansuensis Bunge by sublimation,was identified by TLC,MP,IR and MS.The yield was 14 μg/g.
