摘要:

与胚胎细胞相比，胚胎干细胞占有数量优势，与体细胞相比，则有低分化的优势。本研究在综述哺乳动物胚胎干细胞研究历史的基础上，概述了胚胎干细胞的分离方法和存在的问题。

Abstract:

Comparing with embroynic cells,ES cells have the advantage of numbers.Comparing with somatic cells,ES cells have the advantage of low differentiation.In this paper,the history and present condition of ES cells are reviewed.
