青蛤的染色体研究

摘要:
以青蛤(Cyclinasinensis Gmelin)的鳃、外套膜、精巢为材料,用细胞培养法对青蛤进行了染色体研究。结果表明,①青蛤的腮、外套膜、精巢在培养液为L-15+160 g/kg的小牛血清+400 mg/LPHA+双抗,盐度32.2~33.8 g/kg,pH=7.1~7.3,温度26 ℃的培养条件下有较强的分裂能力;②青蛤的二倍体染色体数目为2n=36,核型为6m+1sm+11t。

Abstract:
The chromosomes of Cyclina sinensis Gmelin were studied in this paper.The gill,out-velar and spermary of Cyclina sinensis Gmelin were cultured to study the chromosomes of Cyclina sinensis Gmelin.The karyotype of Cyclina sinensis Gmelin is 2n=36,6m 1sm 11t.
